Open to all RSM people, the ¡HOLA! employee network group (ENG) builds a strong community of belonging for its members fostering leadership development and career advancement. ¡HOLA! celebrates the richness of Hispanic and Latino backgrounds and empowers its members to thrive both professionally and personally.
Flavio Castillo Excellence Award
The award was established in memory of Flavio Castillo, a partner in the financial services assurance practice in the Chicago office, who passed away unexpectedly in March 2016. He was instrumental in creating a vision for ¡HOLA! and worked diligently to advance the ENG's mission. Known for his passion for achieving excellence, Flavio worked to empower ¡HOLA! members with skills, relationships and resources they need to grow their careers at RSM.
In Flavio's honor, the ¡HOLA! ENG awards $5,000 to someone who is pursuing excellence in their personal and professional life each year. The recipient is also asked to choose a charitable organization, aligned with the RSM US Foundation’s mission, to receive a $2,500 donation.
