Our STAR (Stewardship, Teamwork, Advancement and Retention of women) employee network group (ENG) supports women by promoting advocacy, mentorship and providing professional development for our members and allies. Through the STAR ENG, our employees are given the opportunity to participate in networking, business development, and skills growth as well as recruiting for campus and experienced professionals.

Through STAR, members have access to mentorship, sponsorship, forums for collaboration, community service and specialized training. STAR also identifies and works with high-potential and high-performing women at different stages of their careers, to ensure career success and pathways to partnership.

STAR members have access to national organizations whose missions offer professional development for women. RSM has been sponsoring the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Women’s Global Leadership Summit since 2015.
