Aliya Mauch is the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) audit policy leader for RSM US LLP. In that role, she develops trainings, tools and resources to aid audit and assurance teams serving TMT organizations.
Aliya Mauch is the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) audit policy leader for RSM US LLP. In that role, she develops trainings, tools and resources to aid audit and assurance teams serving TMT organizations.
Aliya has practiced public accounting since January 2015. She provides financial audit and consultation services to a variety of private sector entities, focusing primarily on technology and software entities.
Aliya delivers advice and guidance regarding complex accounting matters, including business combinations, mergers and acquisitions, and implementation of new accounting standards. As a senior manager in the firm’s assurance practice, she is responsible for supervising daily activities of engagement teams, including planning, testing and reviewing reporting. She builds strong relationships with clients by establishing trust, communicating openly, understanding their requirements and anticipating their needs.
Prior to joining RSM in 2015, Aliya worked in the industry in an accounting role.
Aliya speaks English and Russian. She has two children attending bilingual school and is actively engaged in school events. She has visited more than a dozen countries. Aliya believes travel is an incredible way to gain new perspectives, appreciate what you have and understand that there are countless ways to live a fulfilling life.
