Audra Marshall is a principal at RSM US LLP and serves as national leader of the firm’s global employer services, specializing in expatriate taxation and planning.
Audra has worked with inbound and outbound expatriates for over 20 years. In her current role at RSM, she assists clients with the entire foreign assignment process, including remote workforce planning, policy development and implementation, and international payroll. She also works with individuals on planning around their global assets and global tax implications. Her clients range from high-level executives to large groups of expats based in the U.S. and around the world.
Previously Audra served as an international expatriate tax specialist for several global accounting enterprises, including Big Four firms. She was an expatriate herself in Japan for seven years and in the Netherlands for five years. She has worked with companies of all sizes, advising them on and implementing expatriate programs.
As a former expat, Audra brings a deep understanding of the issues that arise for both an assignee and an assigning company. She considers herself very fortunate to work in an industry she is passionate about.
