Beni Tasel is a member of RSM US LLP’s global project management office. He focuses on managing complex international engagements through the firm’s global compliance and reporting services.
Beni’s areas of interest include project management, accounting and finance operations, business process improvement strategies, and issue resolution strategies for international companies. He works directly with growing global companies across various industries such as industrials, consumer products, financial services and life sciences.
Beni focuses on transitioning, implementing and actively managing global and domestic engagements by establishing communication protocols with the client and various member firms. He employs project tracking mechanisms, leverages technology and data packs, adopts efficiency-generating strategies, and handles issue and risk resolution matters. Beni also specializes in the project management of global tax provision engagements and relations with RSM International member firms.
