Marni Rozen is a principal at RSM US LLP and leads the firm’s human capital consulting practice. She has extensive experience in human resources and talent management operations, recruiting strategy and talent systems.

Marni’s experience includes assessing and improving business processes, evaluating current organizational structures, implementing HR technologies, and optimizing an organization’s decision-making productivity. She has helped clients gain relative industry perspective, enabling them to respond to changing workforce trends and conduct succession planning. Her past engagements include the following:

• Led an HR integration and transformation for a manufacturing company. Evaluated the client’s operating model, including systems, processes, people and technology; helped identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; and developed a roadmap for transforming back-office operations.
• Led an organizational redesign for a financial services company. Designed and implemented a new organizational structure, mapped and transitioned employees to new roles, and led a change management effort to support the organization’s future state.

Prior to joining RSM, Marni worked at a global financial services firm and an international recruiting agency.
