Ryan Farlow is an assurance senior manager at RSM US LLP. He has 15 years of experience working with public and privately held companies in the industrials and consumer products industries.
In 2024, Ryan was selected as a member of RSM’s Industry Eminence Program, which positions its senior analysts to understand, forecast and communicate economic, business and technology trends shaping the industries the firm serves. As an analyst in the program, Ryan focuses on the industrials space.
In his current role, Ryan leads and directs assurance engagements and advises middle market companies on complex accounting matters. Ryan has extensive experience working with private equity-owned companies and assisting clients with accounting for merger and acquisition activities.
Prior to joining RSM, Ryan worked in accounting and finance for an industrial machinery and equipment company. Ryan’s previous work in private industry provides him a unique perspective to help companies navigate and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment. He is based in Birmingham, Alabama.
